Security Awareness and Acceptable Use Policy

1. Document Purpose

This policy defines security awareness requirements and acceptable use rules for Weblo TTS resources.

2. Scope of Applicability

The policy applies to employees, contractors, vendors, and other persons with access to systems.

3. Security Training

• Initial training upon access provisioning.
• Periodic training at least annually.
• Additional training after material incidents.

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting credentials, reporting threats, and following security best practices.

5. Acceptable Use

Company resources may be used only for legitimate business purposes and in line with applicable procedures.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Sharing accounts or passwords with unauthorized persons.
• Installing unauthorized software.
• Bypassing security controls.
• Using systems for unlawful activities.

7. Phishing and Social Engineering

Any suspicious messages, links, or attempts to obtain sensitive data must be reported to the security team immediately.

8. Enforcement

Policy violations may result in access restrictions, disciplinary actions, and legal liability.
