Business Continuity and Backup Policy

1. Policy Purpose

This policy ensures Weblo TTS service continuity and minimizes the impact of disruptions.

2. Scope and Responsibilities

The scope covers application systems, infrastructure, operational data, and customer support processes.

3. Business Impact Analysis

Critical processes are classified by business impact and acceptable downtime.

4. RTO and RPO Targets

• Target RTO for critical services: up to 8 hours.
• Target RPO for operational data: up to 1 hour.

5. Backup Strategy

Backups run automatically on a scheduled basis and include databases, configuration, and application artifacts.

6. Backup Encryption and Protection

Backups are encrypted, stored in segregated locations, and protected by access controls.

7. Disaster Recovery Plan

The DR plan defines restoration order, team roles, and communication requirements.

8. Tests and Exercises

Recovery tests and business continuity exercises are performed at least annually or after major changes.

9. Maintenance and Review

The policy and BC/DR plans are reviewed, updated, and approved by management on a regular basis.
