Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Weblo TTS - a WooCommerce and TikTok Shop integration service.

1. Service Provider

The service provider is TIME4IT Sp. z o.o., ul. Plonowa 24I/2, 05-500 Nowa Wola, KRS 0001140137, NIP 1231569806, [email protected].

2. Service Description

Weblo TTS enables synchronization of product data, orders, and statuses between WooCommerce and TikTok Shop.

3. Account and Access

Use of the service requires proper account setup, API authorization, and maintenance of accurate access credentials.

4. TikTok API Integration

Integration is performed through the official TikTok Shop API using OAuth2/PKCE. Users must comply with TikTok platform terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use of the service.
• No bypassing security controls or API limits.
• No uploading of content that infringes third-party rights.

6. User Obligations

Users are responsible for source data compliance, legality of sales operations, and security of their own store environment.

7. Fees and Billing

Pricing, billing periods, and payment terms are defined by individual commercial arrangements or the public service offer.

8. Liability

Provider liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and excludes damages caused by third-party platforms beyond provider control.

9. Suspension and Termination

The provider may suspend access in case of terms violations, security threats, or legal requirements.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to competent common courts in Poland unless mandatory law states otherwise.

TikTok Shop API Addendum

Weblo TTS provides WooCommerce and TikTok Shop integration through the official TikTok Shop API.

• Authentication and authorization are handled through OAuth2 with PKCE.
• Access and refresh tokens are stored and processed under least-privilege controls.
• TikTok webhooks are validated using HMAC signatures before any processing.
• Confidential data is handled in line with TikTok Business Partner Code section 3.11.
• Security incidents are reported to [email protected] within 24 hours and to TikTok as required by the agreement.
